With a Unblocd membership, you get access to our growing library of courses and tools designed to boost your mental skills for climbing. These resources are for your personal use—please don’t share or distribute them without permission.
When you sign up, you’ll create a personal account. You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and for any activity that happens under your account.
2.2 One-off Courses
We also offer one-time courses that you can purchase separately. These work a little differently from memberships—you’ll make a one-time payment, and your access lasts for 12 months unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Just like memberships, these courses are for personal use only, and you’ll need to keep your login details private.
2.3 Staff Membership
If you’re part of a partner climbing gym, you might have access to Unblocd’s staff training courses. Your access depends on your relationship with the gym, so if that changes, we may need to end your access.
2.4 Virtual Events and Recordings
We occasionally host online Q&A sessions or virtual meetings, and we usually record them for future educational or marketing purposes. If you’d rather not appear in recordings, simply turn off your camera and use a pseudonym.
2.5 Important Note About Our Services
Unblocd provides educational resources designed to enhance your mental skills for climbing, but our services are not a substitute for personalized climbing instruction, sport psychology, medical advice, or safety training
.If you feel you would benefit from personalized sport psychology support, we’d be happy to refer you to a licensed professional. However, for other types of assistance—whether for physical or mental health or safety-related matters—we encourage you to seek additional help outside of Unblocd’s services.
While we’ve seen many climbers thrive with Unblocd’s resources, we can’t promise specific results. You’re responsible for assessing how to apply our training and for staying safe while climbing.

3. Who Can Use Unblocd?
You need to be at least 18 years old to join. By creating an account, you’re confirming you meet this requirement.
4. Your Account
You’re responsible for keeping your account details private and ensuring the information you provide is accurate. Sharing your login or redistributing content is against the rules and might result in your account being closed. If you suspect someone else is using your account, please let us know right away.
5. Climbing Risks
Climbing is an adventurous and inherently risky activity. While we provide mental training to support you, you’re fully responsible for evaluating and managing the risks of climbing.
Unblocd cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or other outcomes related to climbing, whether or not you’ve applied our training. By using our services, you’re agreeing to take full responsibility for your safety.
6. Payments and Renewals
Prices include taxes and may vary depending on exchange rates and business decisions.
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least one day before renewal.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your membership anytime through your account settings. Cancellations by email or other methods won’t be processed.
7.2 14-Day Cancellation Window
Changed your mind? You can cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund, as long as you haven’t accessed any course content.
7.3 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for First-Time Users
If you’re trying Unblocd for the first time, you’re covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. Cancel and contact us within seven days, and we’ll refund your payment.
