Climbing Gym Leadership Program
Booking Terms

Cohort: 22 October to 3 December 2026
Last updated: 16 August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms apply to bookings for the Climbing Gym Leadership Program ("the program") provided by Unblocd Oy ("Unblocd", "we", "us"), a company registered in Finland, business ID 3477697-4, registered address Leonkatu 17, Helsinki, Finland. Unblocd Oy also trades as Unblocd Ltd outside Finland. Unblocd is registered for VAT in Finland (FI34776974) and the United Kingdom (485 9440 45).

By completing a booking you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so, and the organisation is responsible for payment.

Questions about anything on this page: info@unblocd.com.

2. What the program includes

  • Five live online group sessions of 90 minutes, on the dates published on the program page
  • Access to the self-paced learning materials on the Unblocd platform for the duration of the program and for [3 months] afterwards
  • Written summaries and tools for each live session
  • A maximum group size of 12 participants

Live sessions are delivered online. Session dates and times are published before booking and are confirmed on registration.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are stated exclusive of VAT. VAT is added in the invoice at the applicable rate based on your location and business status.

Per person, excl. VAT
Standard£650 / €750
Early bird, until 30 September 2026£599 / €699
Two participants, same organisation£585 / €675
Three or more, same organisation£520 / €600

"Same organisation" means shared ownership rather than the same site. Team rates and early bird rates do not combine; you receive whichever is lower. Team rates require all places to be booked together or arranged in advance by invoice.

Prices are charged in pounds sterling or euros. We do not charge in other currencies; any conversion cost or fee charged by your bank or card provider is yours.

4. Booking and payment

Payment by invoice. To issue an invoice we need the legal entity name, billing address, VAT number where applicable, and a billing contact email. Invoices are issued within two working days of the request.

  • Invoiced payments are due within a week or latest by 15 October 2026 (for registrations after 8 October)
  • A place is reserved on request and confirmed on payment.
  • If payment has not been received by the due date, we may release the place. We will send reminders two days beforehand.

Registration closes 15 October 2026, or earlier if the program fills.

5. Minimum numbers and cancellation by Unblocd

The program requires a minimum of five participants. We will confirm as soon as we have the minimum confirmed bookings or cancel by 15 October 2026.

If we cancel the program, you may choose a full refund or a place in a later program. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.

If an individual session has to be rescheduled, we will offer an alternative date or an equivalent catch-up conversation. Rescheduling a session is not grounds for a refund.

Our liability in connection with the program is limited to the fees you have paid. We are not liable for travel, accommodation, staffing, or other costs incurred in connection with attending.

6. Cancellation by you

When you cancelWhat happens
On or before 1 October 2026Full refund, less an administration fee of £35 / €40
2 to 14 October 202650% refund, or a full-value transfer to a later program
From 15 October 2026, or after the program has startedNo refund

Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email address]. The date we receive your message is the date that applies.

Substitution.
A colleague from the same organisation may take your place at any point up to the start of the program, at no charge. Let us know the replacement participant's name and email before the first session.

Transfer to a later program.
One transfer is permitted if requested more than seven days before the start. Further transfers are at our discretion. A transferred place is valid for the next program that runs and cannot be refunded later.

Missed sessions.
Sessions are not refunded or discounted if you do not attend. You will receive the written summary and tools, and continue with the self-paced materials.

Consumer bookings.
Where a booking is made by a consumer rather than on behalf of a business, applicable consumer protection rules apply and take precedence over this clause where they conflict with it.

7. Our guarantee

If you attend the first two live sessions and complete the associated self-paced material, and the program has not been useful to you, you may request a full refund within seven days of the second session. Write to [email address] and tell us briefly what did not work — we will refund you in full and we will not ask you to justify it further.

This guarantee replaces the cancellation terms in clause 6 for participants who use it. It is not available after the deadline has passed.

8. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is a condition of taking part. All participants agree at the first session that what others share about their gyms, their teams, and themselves stays within the group.

Live sessions are not recorded. We ask participants not to record, transcribe, or share the content of sessions.

Where a place has been paid for by an employer, we do not report to that employer on an individual participant's contributions, attendance detail, or progress. We will confirm enrolment and completion if asked.

9. What the program is not

The program is education and training. It does not include:

  • Legal, employment, or regulatory advice
  • Therapy, clinical support, or treatment of mental health conditions
  • Advice or involvement in specific personnel cases, investigations, or grievances
  • Business, commercial, or operational consulting
  • Recruitment, psychometric testing, or assessment of participants or their staff
  • Climbing instruction, route-setting, safety, or first aid training
  • An accredited or certified management qualification

Participants receive confirmation of completion. Decisions you take in your own organisation remain your own responsibility, and you should take appropriate professional advice on legal, employment, and safety matters.

10. Course materials

Materials provided during the program are for your own use. They remain the intellectual property of Unblocd and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or used to deliver training to others without our written permission.

Sharing materials within your own team for your own internal use is fine, and encouraged.

11. Participation

We may ask a participant to leave the program, without refund, if their conduct is abusive or discriminatory, if they breach confidentiality, or if their behaviour repeatedly prevents others from taking part. We would always raise a concern with the participant first where it is reasonable to do so.

12. Personal data

We process personal data in line with our [privacy policy]. In short: we collect what we need to run the program and invoice for it, we do not sell it, and participant contact details are shared within the group only with consent.

13. Changes to the program

We may make reasonable changes to the content, materials, or facilitator where necessary, provided the program remains substantially as described. If we make a significant change to the dates or format after you book, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law, and disputes fall to the courts of Finland. Where you are a consumer, this does not affect rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
