Madeleine Crane

Madeleine is a sport psychologist from Austria with a background in competitive climbing. She is a pioneer in climbing psychology and, along with recreational climbers, works with climbing coaches and national teams. She can’t think of a single sport whose inherent nature is mentally more challenging and fascinating.

Kaisa Soininen

Kaisa is a sport psychologist from Finland, specializing in mindfulness, stress management, habit building, and fostering commitment to act according to our values. A passionate climber herself, Kaisa fell in love with the sport when her son introduced her to bouldering and she's been hooked ever since!
