Can I have a 1-on-1 consultation with a sport psychologist?
The Unblocd membership does not include 1-on-1 consultations, but we’d be happy to provide personalized support for an additional fee. If you’re interested, please contact us at info@unblocd.com. We currently offer consultations in English, German, and Finnish.
Can I keep the course contents after my membership ends?
Access to the course is tied to your membership, so you won’t retain access after it ends. However, you can download the self-reflections, plans, worksheets, and cheat sheets provided during the course to continue your practice independently.
