This course is designed for climbers recovering from an injury—whether you're still sidelined or already easing back into climbing. It’s ideal if you're struggling mentally with the ups and downs of recovery.
It can also be helpful if you're supporting a friend or partner who’s been injured and want to better understand what they’re going through and how to help.

Do I need a serious injury to benefit from this course?
Not at all. The course is helpful for any level of injury, including minor ones that have shaken your confidence or disrupted your climbing routine.
Do I need to be climbing again to start this course?
Nope. You can take the course at any stage of your recovery—even if you’re still resting or going through rehab. In fact, it can help you make the most of that downtime.
Is this course only about mindset, or does it include physical rehab advice too?
This course focuses on the mental side of recovery—things like handling emotions, staying motivated, and rebuilding confidence. It complements, but does not replace, physical rehab.
Will this course help with fear of reinjury?
Yes. One of the core focuses is understanding and managing the fear of getting injured again. You'll learn tools to rebuild trust in your body and approach climbing with more clarity and confidence.

The course is designed to be flexible and fit your schedule. It’s divided into modules, each covering specific material, so you can move at your own pace. Whether you want to complete it in a week or spread it out over months, you’re in control. Take the time you need to reflect, practice, and absorb the lessons—it’s all about what works best for you.
Can I ask questions during the course?
Yes! As a member, you have access to our monthly live Q&A sessions, where you can ask the experts directly, get personalized advice, and hear tips from other climbers.
Can I have a 1-on-1 consultation with a sport psychologist?
The Unblocd membership does not include 1-on-1 consultations, but we’d be happy to provide personalized support for an additional fee. If you’re interested, please contact us at info@unblocd.com. We currently offer consultations in English, German, and Finnish.
Can I keep the course contents after my membership ends?
Access to the course is tied to your membership, so you won’t retain access after it ends. However, you can download the self-reflections, plans, worksheets, and cheat sheets provided during the course to continue your practice independently.
